Due to many of our products being “made to order” please allow 5 to 7 business days for your item(s) to be processed (weekends and holidays not included). A high volume of orders may prolong the processing time. We strive to craft quality, handmade products using all natural butters and oils. There are no synthetic stabilizers or waxes in our product. Shea butter’s melting point is 95 degrees Fahrenheit and Coconut Oil's melting point is 76 degrees Fahrenheit. We recommend keeping our Whipped Shea Butter products in cooler room temperatures from 68-76 degrees Fahrenheit. We ship our product frozen and use temperature control pouches and ice packs to maintain the temperature. We highly recommend ordering our whipped products to be delivered to an address where items will NOT be left in the heat for long periods of time. We cannot accept returns and we do not apply refunds for melted products. This should not at all discourage shea lovers from ordering our lovely butters! A great characteristic of natural butters and oils are that they retain their qualities in both liquid and solid forms. They can easily be transformed back to a more solid form by refrigeration (gently stir first) or just storing them in a cool, dark place.
